COVID-19 Information

Dear Campers and Friends,

As we navigate the uncertainty and evolving nature of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) the safety and health of our clients, horses and work campers remains our top priority. We are constantly monitoring the situation especially in South Dakota and surrounding states. Our thoughts and prayers extend to all those affected by this health crisis across the world.

In an effort to do our part in protecting the health and well-being of all, we want to provide updates regularly on our plans and course of action moving ahead. As a member of ARVC (The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds) we have the ability to stay on top of the industry news and recommendations and will be following the guidelines set forth by the state of South Dakota.

As the situation develops and new information becomes available the experts are continually stating that the best course of action is to remain calm and take simple, effective preparations to create a safe environment for our guest and staff and we are committed to taking those steps. Thankfully, camping in ones own rig and riding into nature in small groups limits exposure to the virus during these activities. Until the all clear is given we respectfully ask that our guest practice guidelines set forth by the CDC to prevent getting sick or spreading the virus. These guidelines can be found at www.cdc.gov and through the state of South Dakota at www.sd.gov .

As of December 4th 2020 private parks and businesses in South Dakota will remain open and Bridle Ridge Horse and RV Camp will open May 1st 2021. Any guest who is unable to make their trip due to COVID-19 will be able to roll their reservation deposit over to a available time in 2021 or the exact same dates in 2022. Please contact Sheri Spurlock at 605-517-0580 to make those arrangements or with any questions you may have.

Please check back regularly for updates on possible changes regarding camp opening and your reservations.

Happy Trails and stay safe everyone!
